Spanish Style Paté with Piquillos & Chorizo

A sunny, gently spiced pâté inspired by Spanish flavours, combining piquillo peppers and chorizo for sweetness, warmth and a little smoky depth. Rich but lively, it makes a lovely aperitif spread and a slightly more colourful alternative to classic country pâté. Serve with crusty bread, olives, pickles or a glass of something dry and cold.
