Périgourdine Whole Duck Foie Gras with 10% Black Truffles

A properly indulgent whole duck foie gras from the Périgord, enriched with 10% black truffle. Rich, aromatic and unmistakably festive, this is one of Godard’s most luxurious preparations — a marriage of two great specialities of the French south-west. Serve simply, slightly chilled, with toasted brioche or good sourdough. This is not a product that needs much embellishment.
