Sobacha is a Japanese-style roasted buckwheat infusion with a warm, nutty flavour and a beautifully comforting aroma. It is naturally caffeine-free, making it a lovely evening drink or a gentle alternative to coffee and black tea. Expect toasted grain, hazelnut, roasted cereal and a clean, dry finish. Excellent hot, but also very good brewed cold.
