Shangri-La Oolong Tea

A characterful single-garden oolong from the Aarubotay estate in the Nepalese Himalayas. Its large, partially-oxidised leaves brew into a smooth, layered cup with deep fruity notes — reminiscent of dried Japanese umeboshi plum — and a long, gently savoury finish.Brew at around 80 °C for 4 minutes; the leaves reward several infusions.
