Block of Duck Foie Gras

A classic block of duck foie gras: rich, smooth and full-flavoured, with the unmistakable depth of duck liver prepared in the French tradition. More robust than goose foie gras, it is excellent for apéritifs, festive tables and generous starters. Serve slightly chilled with toasted brioche, country bread, fig confit, onion chutney or sweet wine jelly.
