Sardines marinated with Muscadet (White Wine)

This product has been described as a happy marriage between the Loire and the Ocean. These tender sardines are combined with soft flavours of Muscadet white wine instead of oil. This results in a light, fresh, mineral character to a rich, fragrant marinade, flavoured with carrots, gherkins, spices and lemon.
