El Jardín Colombia 75% Dark Chocolate Bar

A 75% single-plantation dark chocolate made with cocoa from El Jardín in Colombia, located between the Ariari river plains and the La Macarena nature reserve. Cluizel ferments the beans on site for six days in old wooden tubs before roasting them in Normandy, giving the chocolate a powerful aromatic profile: woody, fruity, roasted, lightly peppery and fresh.
