White Germon tuna enhanced by fruity extra virgin olive oil, for a tender, flavoursome result with an incomparable melt-in-the-mouth texture. This superfood is cooked whole in a court-bouillon, then trimmed by hand, for best preservation of its rich nutrients, namely proteins, selenium and a source of phosphorus and vitamins D, B3 and B12. Served in a salad, pasta, quiche or tart – or however you prefer.
