Sideritis, often known as Greek mountain tea, is a gentle herbal infusion made from the flowering stems of a plant long enjoyed around the Mediterranean. It brews into a soft golden cup with a mild, herbaceous flavour — somewhere between wild herbs, honey, hay and sun-warmed hillside. Naturally caffeine-free, soothing and very easy to drink.
