Candied orange peel and dark chocolate: one of the old perfect combinations. Here, fragrant orange peel is paired with dark chocolate for a bitter-sweet, citrusy, quietly festive result. Cluizel’s bar version uses orange peel both on and within the chocolate, but the principle is the same: sharp fruit, deep cocoa, excellent balance.
À table –Serve with espresso, Earl Grey, whisky, Cognac, dessert wine, or alongside vanilla ice cream and toasted almonds.
