Mangaro tends to show the bright, aromatic side of Madagascan cocoa: citrus, exotic fruit, a little spice and that distinctive lively acidity. In this 50% milk version, those notes are softened by creaminess, giving you a milk chocolate with real character rather than just sweetness.
