La Laguna 70% Dark Chocolate Bar

A 70% single-plantation dark chocolate made with cocoa from La Laguna in Guatemala. The plantation is located around the Lanquín valley, where warm climate and abundant spring water help the beans develop slowly. The resulting chocolate is aromatic and tropical in character, with Cluizel noting plum, roasted cocoa, buttery cooked apple and liquorice-like depth.
